The widget does not appear

In the dashboard open your venue, Online booking, On your website. The Is it on your site? section shows where your code has been seen. Find your message below.

Working: seen on …

All is well: the widget opened on that address.

Your code is on … but that address is not allowed

The code is on an address the key does not allow. Most often it is www: cafe.ua is allowed and the site opens as www.cafe.ua, or the other way round. Press Allow … next to the message and reload the page on your site.

The button shows for people who can manage keys. If you do not see it, ask the business’s owner.

Your code was opened on localhost

The code was opened on the computer the site is built on. It works only on the published site, so check there.

The code on … has a key that is no longer valid

The page carries a key that was revoked. Copy the code from the On your website tab and replace the old code on the page with it.

Not seen yet

The section checks again every thirty seconds. To check at once, press Check again.

Revoking a key

If your code ended up on someone else’s site, first get a new code on the On your website tab and put it on your site. Then, on the same tab, revoke the old key in the list of codes for your site. Sites with the old code stop taking bookings.
